There will be a welcome dinner on Friday evening and an excursion on Saturday afternoon. Details about the excursion will be announced soon.

Unfortunately the website wouldn’t send out a confirmation to your email automatically. Confirmations will be send out by hand.

    Your registration is valid once we have received your payment. Payment details will be send to you by email. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive the email. This email will be send by hand by the EPF Office, so please keep in mind that it can take a few days. There is no automatic confirmation send out once the form has been send in.

    Please note that there is a limit of 100 participants. Registration is on a first come first served basis.

    Conference fees depends on your membership or organization:

    • EPF member: EUR 100
    • Student: EUR 50
    • None of the above: EUR 200

    Please note that there is an extra charge if you wish to participate in the conference dinners.
